Body Dynamics offers a unique program called Dance Kraze; a dance-fitness program that delivers one hour of powerful and innovative choreography inspired by a myriad of musical genres: hip-hop, pop, Latin, motown, and rock and roll. Participants will engage in a one-hour, high-energy, cardio program by learning a series of exhilarating dances – an additional dance added weekly.

The weekly reinforcement, and progression, of dances renders this program appropriate for all ages and levels. Through the exhilaration of dance this program delivers health and wellness; hence its name: Dance Kraze.
